Chapagaun still tense
CHAPAGAUN: Locals obstructed vehicular movement in Chapagaun on Sunday, the third day of the ongoing protest in Chapagaun. They have also been demonstrating against Saturday’s mishap in which Manish KC, on his way home from a tuition class, was injured by rubber bullets fired by the police during a clash with demonstrators.
